Hi there!

I am Simran, a girl whose love for cooking began when I was just 14. I’d experiment in the kitchen, trying to cook different Indian dishes for me and my family. Most of my attempts didn’t quite turn out as planned, but there was one thing I nailed every time – Veg Frankie. My mom and sister always asked me to make it, and I loved seeing them enjoy every bite.

As I grew older, my passion for food only intensified. I spent hours scrolling reels and trying out recipes from the reels. But indulging in all those treats caught up with me, and I started to gain weight. That’s when my brother introduced me to the gym. At first, it was just about shedding those extra pounds, but soon, I began to love how exercise made me feel. As fitness became a bigger part of my life, I wanted to enjoy my favourite foods without compromising my health.

What fascinates me most about food and fitness is how they work together to fuel both the body and the soul. With the right balance, you can enjoy delicious food while living a healthy life.

That’s when I began creating healthier versions of my favourite dishes. I discovered that food doesn’t have to be boring to be good for you. This journey of blending flavour with nutrition not only transformed my lifestyle but also boosted my confidence.
