My love for cooking sparked at 14, when I first whipped up Veg Frankie for my family. Those early kitchen experiments turned into a passion for creating Indian veg dishes that bring joy to every meal.

But fitness transformed how I saw food

What fascinates me most about food and fitness is how they work together to fuel both the body and the soul. With the right balance, you can enjoy delicious food while living a healthy life.
